Sonic Youth to Play "Daydream Nation" in its Entirety

Sonic Youth will have an easy time assembling their set list for a series of performances this summer—they'll be playing their iconic 1988 album, Daydream Nation, in its entirety. The first shows will take place in Europe, with the first North American performance set for the Pitchfork Music Festival in Chicago on July 13th.

A 20th anniversary edition of the Daydream Nation, chock full of rarities, is set for release on June 12th.

June 27 - Berlin, Germany - Columbia Halle
July 5 - Turin, Italy - Spazio
July 6 - Ferrara, Italy - Piazza Castello
July 7 - Rome, Italy - Teatro Romano di Ostia Antica
July 13 - Chicago, IL - Pitchfork Festival
July 19 - Berkeley, CA - Berkeley Community Theater
July 20 - Los Angeles, CA - Greek Theater
August 30 - London, England - Roundhouse
