Beyonce Sued by Des'ree Over "(Still in Love) Kissing You"
Beyonce Knowles is being sued by British R&B singer Des'ree for copyright infringement. Des'ree's suit claims that Beyonce didn't get proper approval before altering a cover of the song "Kissing You" into "Still in Love (Kissing You)" or shooting a video for it. Des'ree seeks a mere $150,000, as well as a cessation of the song's inclusion of the re-released version of Beyonce's B'Day.—The ARTISTdirect Staff
