Weezer Hints at New Album?

Rollingstone.com reports that a mysterious website address, www.albumsix.com, may be hinting at a new Weezer album in the works. The L.A.-based power-pop group announced a hiatus following the release of their fifth album Make Believe, and many fans assumed the group had broken up for good. However, the albumsix.com site redirects to the official Weezer homepage, and Rollingstone.com's research revealed that the domain name is registered to Interscope Records, which is under the same Universal Music Group umbrella as Weezer's label, Geffen.

Conspiracy theories aside, Weezer's publicist told Rolling Stone that the band was not responsible for the website, so we'll just have to wait and see whether there will indeed be an album six.
