Two strikes of bad luck have already hit the band, what's next?

The View Singer Hospitalized in Japan

Trouble seems to be a hovering like a soggy, leaking acid-rain cloud over
The View, those up and coming Scottish rockers who seem to have a knack for getting into some kind of trouble. After a visa hiccup which was the result of a charge against lead singer, Kyle Falconver, for possesion of cocaine, the band was denied entry into the U.S. As a result, their first U.S. tour was postponed.

Now trouble has followed the singer again, but this time it might be more serious. The frontman was hospitalized today while on tour in Japan for blood poisoning. No, it wasn't from cocaine. The singer had contracted septicaemia, a bacterial infection of the immune system, which was caused by a blister in his foot. The Sunday Mirror reports that he has been given antibiotics to get rid of the infection, but "has been warned to start looking after himself or he is going to end up very sick indeed."

No word has been released on whether this will affect the band's current touring commitments.
