LCD Soundsystem Extends Summer Dates

LCD Soundsystem, the tireless dance-punk collective, is continuing on with a second leg of the raved-about tour in support of their sophomore release Sound of Silver. Beginning on June 6 in Philadelphia, PA, front man James Murphy will bring the rotating members of his backing band for a worldwide trek. The global electro-punk assault will begin by hitting Europe and then return to the US on August 8 for the Lollapaloza Festival in Chicago, IL. LCD will thereafter spend another month touring, ending with a final performance in Austin, TX on September 14 - 16 at the Austin City Limits Festival.
