U2 is currently holed up in a recording studio located in Fez, Morocco, collaborating and writing songs with their creative colleagues Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois. While a number of new tracks have been completed, drummer Larry Mullen, Jr. reports on U2.com that it's too early to tell if any of those collaborations will make it on the next album.

"It's the first time we've worked with Brian and Dan in a purely songwriting capacity," Larry said. "So it's very different, quite experimental and kind of liberating because of that..."

Bono then piped in, ""We have no plans for the music yet. We're just going to make it until we can't not put it out!"
