Veteran Irish band U2 are set to rock the Glastonbury festival, the world-famous celebration of arts and music which gets into full swing Friday. Now in its fifth decade, the event has grown from a humble gathering of 1,500 people on Michael Eavis's Worthy dairy farm in 1970, each paying one pound and receiving free milk, to a giant five-day celebration of music costing 195 pounds for a basic ticket.

The Wu Tang Clan announced today that they are working on a new album titled The 8 Diagrams in New York's Legacy Recording Studio. The comeback includes collaborations with Q-Tip and Marly Marl, among others.

But wait, don't call it a comeback. They've been here for years. "This isn't a comeback," said member RZA about the collective's first album since 2001's Iron Flag. "We never went anywhere in the first place, we were just working on various different projects and this is the first group album in six years and the first European Wu Tang tour featuring all members."

Of course, this will also be the Wu's first collaboration since the passing of original member Ol' Dirty Bastard, who died in 2004. "We still miss him every day," RZA added. "It's like you lost an arm or a leg, you feel incomplete. He was a very special person, like a very rare diamond. You know, it's like you wake up one day and they're saying: 'There are not diamonds in the world anymore, just cubic zirconia...'"
