People of the world, spice up your life. The Spice Girls announced today that they are reuniting and touring once again, bringing "Girl Power" to the masses. All five members will tour for a limited 11 dates in eight countries, beginning with Los Angeles, CA on December 7. We would have assumed the British quintet would begin in their home country of England but we'll take first dibs when offered.

This will be the first time all five performers will sing together since 1998, when Geri "Ginger Spice" Halliwell left the band to pursue a solo career. The 11 dates, including New York, Las Vegas, London, Cologne, Madrid, Beijing, Hong Kong, Sydney, Cape Town and Buenos Aires, are in support of a forthcoming greatest hits compilation, due out sometime in November.
