Duran Duran Reveal Details About New Album
According to a post on their official website, Duran Duran will release their first album since 2004's Astronaut, titled Red Carpet Massacre, sometime in October. The band collaborated on the new record with Timbaland and Justin Timberlake. While a full tracklist has not yet been revealed, the band informed fans that the album includes song titles "Box Full O'Honey," "The Valley" and "Skin Divers," the latter co-written by Timberlake and Timbaland.Billboard.com initially announced that the album would be released in May, but following the departure of original guitarist Andy Taylor, the remaining members decided to write all new material.
