Oklahoma Hosts Awesomest Hair Metal Festival Ever

For anyone who likes their hard rock with a little spandex and hairspray, Pryor, Oklahoma is the place to be this weekend. The first annual Rocklahoma Festival has assembled a who's-who of poofy-haired '80s rockers, from headliners Poison and Twisted Sister to fondly remembered footnotes like Faster Pussycat and Enuff Z'nuff. The new festival takes place July 12-15 on a 400-acre farm site with camping and RV facilities, which will no doubt be littered on Monday morning with more empty bottles of Jack Daniels and cans of Pabst than the little Tulsa suburb of Pryor has ever seen.
