Devendra Banhart Releases Album, Tours

Freak folk troubadour Devendra Banhart has revealed that he will tour behind his forthcoming fifth album, Smokey Rolls Down Thunder Mountain. The album is due out on September 25 through the XL Recordings label.

In the meantime, Banhart will begin his presumably barefooted trek around the world on August 10 in Oslo, ending in Los Angeles on October 13. The songwriter will leave his shaver at home.
