Trent Reznor wants to "switch things" up
Nine Inch Nails To Reformulate
There are a few industrial rock musicians looking for a new gig these days. Trent Reznor, the mastermind behind Nine Inch Nails, alleges that he plans on splitting up the current version of the band to prevent stagnation. He currently tours with five backing musicians. "At this point," Reznor said, "I want to switch things around a bit. I see other ways I can present Nine Inch Nails' material in concert. Something more challenging, something new. I don't want it to go stale."The head Nail continued, "The idea of five guys making music for two hours, while it's the culmination of fine-tuning over a lot of years, has got to change. I want to whittle things down." We just hope that NIN doesn't become a solo actthose songs won't have the same potency on acoustic guitar.
