Like Carnegie Hall without the ushers or pretty lights

    Fans still fuming over missing
Rufus Wainwright's Judy Garland concerts will soon have two options for reliving his rare renditions of songs such as "Puttin' on the Ritz," "Zing! Went the Strings of My Heart," and that perennial Oz favorite, "Over the Rainbow." On the double-disc CD side is Rufus Does Judy at Carnegie Hall, a 27-track recreation of Garland's famed 1961 concert, with a 36-piece orchestra in tow. It's set to hit store shelves on December 4 along with the Rufus! Rufus! Rufus! Does Judy! Judy! Judy! Live at the London Palladium DVD, which is essentially the same performance with three additional tracks: "Hello Bluebird" (featuring Garland's daughter Lorna Luft), and the Kate McGarrigle-accompanied (i.e. Wainwright's mother) songs "Someone to Watch Over Me" and "Everytime We Say Goodbye."

As for shows that actually feature original Wainwright material, the singer has said he will play Europe through early December and a few U.S. dates before Christmas.
