DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist Plan 'The Hard Sell' Tour
Now that DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist are done supporting their respective solo discs from 2006 (The Outsider and The Audience's Listening, respectively), the longtime friends have joined forces for a month-long tour featuring a ridiculous "Hard Sell" setup of eight turntables, four mixers, and two effects pedals. To give you an idea of what to expect, the pair has worked on such widely bootlegged mixes as Brainfreeze and Product Placement and played sets based solely on funk 45's before. In other words, if anyone can pull this sort of thing off, DJ Shadow and Cut Chemist can.
