Snoop Dogg Sets Date For New Studio Album

Hard to believe Snoop Dogg's on his ninth solo album; why, it seems like only yesterday, when he was rolling down the streets, smoking endo, sipping on gin and juice. Yet here he is announcing Ego Trippin', the first Snoop Dogg record since 2006's Tha Blue Carpet Treatment. Due out through Doggystyle/Geffen in March, it features the leadoff single "Sensual Seduction," a Shawty Redd track featuring rapping and singing.

According to Digital Spy, Snoop Dogg said of the song, "I wanted to have fun with this one ... and the video is crazy!"

It's a Doggy Dogg World, indeed, and we're just living in it.
