    Kylie Returns to the Road

Kylie Minogue has confirmed a three-month European tour in support of her upcoming album X, starting May 6 in Paris and winding down in London at the tail end of July. The pop star's announcement comes less than a month after she denied reports of nixed dates due to her recent battle with breast cancer.

"I am putting together a show that is going to be a new and exciting experience for both the audience and myself," Minogue said in a statement. "The eclectic mix of sounds on X, is affording me an opportunity to explore and develop a new live show that will be fresh, exhilarating and innovative."

Tickets for the trek—her first since 2006's Showgirl Homecoming—go on sale Monday through Minogue's Web site, www.kylie.com.
