Fiftieth annual award show to air in February
Winehouse and West Top Grammy Nods
Kanye West nabbed eight Grammy nominationsthe most of any artistat a Los Angeles ceremony this morning, including Rap Album of the Year and Best Rap Solo Performance (the Daft Punk-sampling "Stronger"). Amy Winehouse will face off with West for Album of the Year, one of her six nominations. "Can someone wake her up around six and tell her?" said comedian George Lopez, as he poked fun at the star's public meltdowns.Of course, Winehouse and West weren't the only artists that garnered a slew of Grammy nods. For starters, The Foo Fighters, Jay-Z, Timbaland, Justin Timberlake and T-Pain all earned five. As for the rest, a complete list can be found here. The 50th Annual Grammy Awards will air at 8 p.m. EST on February 10, 2008.
