With the December 18 release of Lupe Fiasco's The Cool right around the corner, the popular Chicago rapper has announced a trio of release shows in New York, Chicago and Honolulu (his first Hawaiian gig), as well as a full-on tour from January 10 in Portland, OR, to March 25 in Fredericksburg, VA. More dates will be added in the coming weeks. Fiasco will also relaunch his Web site (LupeFiasco.com) soon, with such major updates as a video game called "THE COOLest."

Did we mention he also got nominated for a Grammy (Best Urban/Alternative Performance, for the song "Daydreamin'") recently?
