    P.O.D. Finishes Seventh Full-Length

P.O.D. has posted a preview of its new album, When Angels & Serpents Dance, at www.payableondeath.com. The April 8 release is the band's seventh studio album, and their first on INO/Columbia. (Greatest Hits: The Atlantic Years closed that contract in late 2006.) Details are slim at the moment but we do know this: Jay Baumgardner (Papa Roach, Evanescence) manned the booth and Suicidal Tendencies singer Mike Muir stopped by to drop a few verses.

In other Payable On Death news, vocalist Sonny Sandoval has launched his own label called Deadworld Records. In a statement seeking new bands, he said, "Any genre is acceptable, as long as you're serious and dedicated musicians that love what you do. My crew and I will go over all the submissions personally." Interested? Submit your info here.
