    Björk Allegedly Assaults Photographer

A New Zealand-based photographer has accused Björk of attacking him after he took a couple shots of the 42-year-old star at Auckland's international airport.

"As I turned and walked away, she came up behind me, grabbed the back of my black skivvy and tore it," Glenn Jeffrey, a New Zealand Herald staffer, told the New Zealand Press Association. "As she did this, she fell over—she fell to the ground. At no stage did I touch her or speak with her.

He added, "Björk said nothing during the incident, but her male companion was saying, 'B, don't do this, B, don't do this.'"

Jeffrey reported the incident to Auckland airport police, but hasn't pressed formal charges yet. According to a statement by police sergeant Rob Cabusao, "[The] staff went to the arrivals area where a male and a female were behind the counter of the coffee shop where they weren't supposed to be. One of them turned out to be Björk. They were escorted out of the area to a waiting car. No one came to us complaining of an assault and no witnesses approached us. If there is a complaint, it will be investigated."

Björk's spokesman has not commented on any of the above events yet.
