Missy Elliott Makes First 3D Music Video

Missy Elliott has completed a stereoscopic 3D music video for two new songs, "Ching-A-Ling" and "Shake Your Pom Pom." Both tracks will turn up on Elliott's seventh LP and the Step Up 2 the Streets soundtrack (due out next Tuesday), the former of which is being readied for a spring release as we speak.

"This is truly historic," Dave Meyers, Elliott's longtime visual collaborator, told HHNLive.com. "People have talked about and tried to make it happen before, but no one has ever set out to purposefully create a 3D music video and then actually made it happen. Once again, Missy and I are happily and comfortably in uncharted territory!"

MTV will premiere "Ching-A-Ling/Shake Your Pom Pom" on Monday's edition of "TRL" at 3:30 p.m., as well as run it online all day. A 2D version will also air on BET's "106th & Park" at 6:30 p.m. Glasses for the video are available nationwide right now at FYE, select Adidas stores, and through radio giveaways at Step Up 2 the Streets film screenings.
