New Fest Snags Dave Matthews Band, Snoop Dogg
AEG Live and Madison House Presents have announced the launch of Rothbury, a new Bonnaroo-esque festival featuring Dave Matthews Band, The Black Keys, John Mayer, Snoop Dogg, Modest Mouse, and a healthy host of other artists from alt-rock to underground rap, jam bands to crowd-pleasing DJs.The four-day affair runs from July 3-6 at the Double JJ Ranch in Rothbury, MI, just three hours northwest of Detroit. It'll be a go-green-or-go-home event, too, from the organizers' donation of $50,000-plus in solar panels to the "Rothbury Think Tank," a series of seminars on climate change issues and clean energy.
Interested? Tickets go on sale February 27 through RothburyFestival.com.
