Kanye West's stacked Glow in the Dark tour (N.E.R.D., Lupe Fiasco, Rihanna—say what?) has finalized its dates and venues. Twenty lucky cities will witness the bill, which jumps off in Seattle on April 16 and winds down in Virginia Beach on May 11.
