Velvet Revolver Reveals Led Zep Gig
Duff McKagan—Velvet Revolver's bassist and the former low-end theorist for Guns 'n' Roses—has positioned V.R. as a possible opening act for Led Zeppelin's perpetually-rumored reunion tour."I understand that we have it," he told BBC 6Music, "Although I imagine there will be plenty of bands prepared to kick and punch us out of the way for the privilege."
Bands like the Cult, whose frontman, Ian Astbury, made his own Led Zep claim in November of last year.
