Dr Pepper Pleads With Axl Rose
Representatives from Dr Pepper have pledged to give away one free can of soda to every American—except former Guns N' Roses guitarists Slash and Buckethead—if Axl Rose finally releases Chinese Democracy in 2008."It took a little patience for us to perfect Dr Pepper's special mix of 23 ingredients," a spokesperson told Page Six, "So we completely understand and emphathize with Axl's question for the perfect album."
Aside from the occasional Internet leak, Rose has released nothing but empty promises from the Chinese Democracy sessions for nearly two decades.
