Rock's reigning free agent, Trent Reznor, announced the first leg of Nine Inch Nails' summer tour on his Web site yesterday, outlining a route that'll run from July 25 in Pemberton, British Columbia, to September 6 in Inglewood, CA. According to rollingstone.com, the two-night window between August 2 and August 5 all but confirms a closing headlining set from NIN at Lollapalooza on August 3 in Chicago.
Reznor also said that his touring band would be "reformed" this time around, with full details forthcoming. That band last included Twiggy Ramirez (who recently reunited with Marilyn Manson), Devo/Vandals drummer Josh Freese, the Icarus Line's Aaron North, and keyboardist Alessandro Cortini.
