The six-year relationship of Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles may finally be reaching its breakthrough moment—you know, the point where both parties realize they might as well get married already. People magazine discovered the news on Tuesday, when the couple apparently filed for a marriage license in Scarsdale, NY. If this news turns out to be true, Jigga man has 60 days to put a ring on Beyoncé's finger.
Beyoncé's publicist gave a swift "no comment" to the news, which is no surprise given the many times the media has suggested the two were going to get married in a secret location.
"You can't rush a man into anything," Knowles told InStyle in December of '06, "Whether it's a relationship, marriage or having children."
