Radiohead Best-Of Really Happening

Parlophone/EMI, Radiohead's former UK label, has announced the details behind its catalogue-skimming Radiohead collection. The Best Of is due out overseas on June 2 in several formats: a 16-track single-disc version, a double-disc version that adds 13 more cuts, and a limited 4xLP box set featuring all 29 tracks.

As reported in February, Radiohead did not approve EMI's collection. Speaking to the Canadian radio's The Strombo Show, guitarist Ed O'Brien said, "That's an interesting one. We won't be doing any promotion for that, obviously."

No promotion indeed … except for that whole worldwide tour that starts on May 5 in West Palm Beach, FL, and winds down on October 4 and 5 at Tokyo's Saitama Super Arena.
