Colin Farrell, Paz Vega Form "Triage"

Irish hunk Colin Farrell, usually spotted smoking and drinking in various Hollywood locations, has signed on to star in Triage.

Farrell, who will also serve in an executive producer capacity, will portray Mark, a photojournalist who returns from a dangerous assignment without his best friend and colleague. Mark's girlfriend, Elena, portrayed by Spanish born actress Paz Vega, will unravel the clues to the mystery and the missing persons. Bosnian director Danis Tanovic will make like Farrell and multi-task, adapting the screenplay from Scott Anderson's novel, in addition to directing the film.

The film will begin shooting in Ireland and Spain–ironically, the homelands of its two stars-later this month.
