    Toni Braxton has decided to take the rest of April off in lieu of ongoing medical tests surrounding her April 7 hospitalization for chest pains. The exact cause of her condition is unknown, but the singer has been treated for pericarditis—a viral inflammation of the heart—in the past.

    Shows affected by Braxton's decision include her Tuesday-to-Saturday run this week at the Flamingo Showroom in Las Vegas. While refunds are available, Braxton plans on resuming her two-year Vegas residency on Tuesday, May 6.
