    Neil Diamond Reveals Summer Tour

Nearly 40 North American cities will get a chance to see Neil Diamond this summer, as the legendary singer launches an extensive tour in support of the May 6 release Home Before Dark, his second collaboration with producer Rick Rubin. Set to start soon after a five-week European trek, the tour begins in St. Paul, MN, on July 19 and winds down in Jacksonville, FL, on October 30. While American Express cardholders will have a chance to score pre-sale tickets, a general on-sale date for select markets has been set for April 28.

Diamond first announced his summer tour during a surprise appearance at Fenway Park—right in the middle of the stadium's eighth inning "Sweet Caroline" singalong. At this point in his four decade career, he's notched 36 Top 40 hits, a Grammy, a Golden Globe, and 125 million records sold worldwide.
