In a new concert film
Jonas Brothers Go 3-D
Much like Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers have agreed to appear in a 3-D concert film. Set to hit theaters in 2009, the project will feature clips from the trio's upcoming "Burning Up" tour, as well as behind the scenes footage."More than just a concert, this film will take moviegoers inside the band's creative process, and present them in a very inimate and entertaining way," Oren Aviv, president of Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture Production, said in a statement.
Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert Tour is the top-grossing concert film of all time, bringing in $65 million to date. The production team behind it (director Bruce Hendricks, producer Art Repola) will also helm the Jonas Brothers feature.
