Notorious B.I.G. Lawsuit Resurfaces
A Los Angeles judge has reinstated the wrongful death lawsuit of the Notorious B.I.G.'s family after a previous federal court ruling to toss the case out. The family now has 20 days to file a new lawsuit, something they missed the deadline on the last time around.The Notorious B.I.G. was shot and killed on March 9, 1997. His murder was never solved, but the rapper's family—including his widow, mother and two children—claims L.A. police officers conspired to have him killed.
