One-Off Ozzfest to Feature a Stacked Bill

Ozzy Osbourne has announced his only show this summer: a headlining spot on an Ozzfest one-off that'll also feature Metallica, Jonathan Davis of Korn, Serj Tankian, Shadows Fall, Devildriver, Drowning Pool, Sevendust and more. Dallas' Pizza Hut Park will host the show across three stages on August 9. Tickets are available on May 31 through Ozzfest.com, the place to find the concert's full lineup and details.

"We're going to be a stadium destination festival for now," Sharon Osbourne, the producer of Ozzfest alongside AEG Live, said in a statement. "We have gone past doing the sheds every summer. We've given everyone else the blueprint and we have to keep evolving Ozzfest. This is just the beginning; AEG Live and I have a lot of new ideas for Ozzfest."

Last year's Ozzfest was sponsor-driven and free, hitting 25 cities in the process; the price of this year's concert is unknown at this time.
