    David Bowie Denies Musical Reports

A musical version of the David Bowie film The Man Who Fell to Earth is not on the way despite reports that the glam-rock legend granted the use of his music to director Peter Schaufuss.

RZO Music released a statement on Bowie's behalf, saying, "We have licensed absolutely no material written by Mr. Bowie to Schaufuss. We have never been requested to and we do not intent do." The company then threatened injunctions against anyone who uses Bowie's music without permission.
