Yaz Get 'Reconnected' With Fans

Vince Clarke and Alison Moyet of Yaz have broken 25 years of silence with two major news bits: (1) the July 8 release of In Your Room, a four-disc box set of remastered Yaz classics (Upstairs At Eric's, You and Me Both), b-sides, remixes and DVD material and (2) "The Reconnected Tour," Yaz's first tour dates since the '80s. Three shows are already sold out, but opening night (Las Vegas on July 6) just went on sale at Ticketmaster.com and tickets for the tour's final stop (Dallas on July 22) won't be released to the public until Friday, May 30 at 10 a.m. EST.

As LCD Soundsystem once said, "I hear you're buying a synthesizer and an arpeggiator, and are throwing your computer out the window because you want to make something real. You want to make a Yaz record."
