Pearl Jam, Flaming Lips Among Who Tribute Acts

VH1 has announced the lineup for its third annual "Rock Honors" show. This year's edition will be a tribute to the Who featuring performances from Foo Fighters, the Flaming Lips, and Pearl Jam, who've covered a number of Who songs at concerts over the years. Los Angeles' Pauley Pavilion will host the event on July 12 and VH1 will air the concert five days later.

While "Rock Honors" tickets go on sale June 6 to members of the band's fan club (the Who will also perform), general public spots will be available two days later. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit such charities as the Teenage Cancer Trust, VH1's Save the Music Foundation, and VH1 Classic Rock Autism.
