Hilary Swank Forms 2S

Two-time Academy Award winner Hilary Swank, who trivia buffs will remember edged out Annette Bening with both of her wins, has formed her own production company, 2S Films. Swank's partner in the company is producer Molly Smith.

The company will develop and produce films, with the possibility of Swank accepting starring roles. The first two projects on the company's slate are adaptations of women-centric novels You're Not You, about a woman suffering from a terminal disease and her caretaker, and Falling out of Fashion, about a hippie who exits her commune in Georgia to pursue a New York fashion job.

Swank previously ran Accomplice Films with her ex-husband, actor Chad Lowe. The actress is currently working on Amelia, a biopic about famed female aviator Amelia Earhart.
