Warren G Gets Arrested on Drug Charges
Police pulled a friend of Warren G over for a red light violation on Sunday in Los Angeles, only to find marijuana in the car. Officer Karen Smith subsequently charged the 35-year-old rapper and the car's driver with possessing a controlled substance. The pair posted $20,000 bail each, and was quickly released.Requests for a comment from Warren G's camp were not returned at press time. He was last arrested in 1996 for carrying a loaded assault weapon in his truck.
