Ice Cube, Mike Epps, and Terry Crews Getting "Janky" With It

Ice Cube, Mike Epps, and Terry Crews are reuniting. The trio, all of whom appeared in Friday After Next, are set to star in Janky Promoters.

Cube—whose real name is O'Shea Jackson—was one of the first major hardcore rappers to successfully jump from music to movies, starring in edgy, sometimes violent street films to more family-friendly fare. He wrote and will produce the film about two small time music promoters who get their big break when they get a chance to promote a big name hip-hop star. Ice Cube and Epps will play the promoters, with an as yet undetermined rapper to play the hip-hop star they stake their future on. Marcus Raboy, who directed the boys in Friday After Next, will direct here as well.
