The Dandy Warhols Return to the Road

The Dandy Warhols have announced a trio of Pacific Northwest shows on June 17, 18 and 20, along with a full North American run between early September and October. The latter starts on September 9 in Minneapolis, MN, and wraps up in the band's hometown of Portland on October 5, a date originally scheduled for June 21. (Problems with shipping the group's gear in time for their European tour caused the cancellation.)

Tickets for the Warhols' tour go on sale June 21, but members of their freshly-minted fan club can actually snag spots on June 17, with a general public pre-sale also happening on June 19 through www.dandywarhols.com. Darker My Love will open most of the trek along with The Upsidedown, a recent signing to the Dandy Warhols' own label, Beat the World Records. The band's new album, Earth to the Dandy Warhols, is due out in North America on August 19.
