New Sacha Baron Cohen comedy out in May '09
Borat Becomes Bruno
Sacha Baron Cohen will return to the big screen on May 15, 2009. That's when his next comedy, Bruno, the follow up to the smash hit Borat, will hit theaters. Universal just confirmed the release date for the film, which will carry an "R" rating. In Bruno, Cohen will portray the title character, a gay fashionista and celebrity journalist who calls himself the "voice of Austrian youth TV." Bruno interviews people, convincing them he is indeed a real person. The character of Bruno, like Borat, originally appeared on Cohen's popular sketch comedy show, Da Ali G Show. America, you've been warned.
