Coldplay Adds Santogold to Some Dates

Santogold has been confirmed as the opening act on a handful of Coldplay's North American dates, including stops in Chicago, Boston, and her former hometown of Philadelphia. The singer's also playing a headlining gig as part of Central Park's SummerStage series on July 20.

Santogold's self-titled debut was released through Downtown/Lizard King in April. She also recently appeared on a Converse-sponsored track featuring Pharrell Williams and Julian Casablancas of the Strokes.
