Rage Against the Machine Plan Convention Protests
Rage Against the Machine is considering a pair of impromptu performances alongside protesters at this year's Presidential conventions. Speaking to Blabbermouth.net, guitarist Tom Morello explained, "There is a possibility that we will be playing at the demonstrations surrounding the Presidential conventions. The Democrats are in Denver (on August 25-27); the Republicans are in Minneapolis (on September 1-4). But we're still looking into that."If the RATM shows actually happen, they'll be the band's only appearances this year outside of a performance at Lollapalooza on August 2.
