    VH1's third annual "Rock Honors" show will invade L.A. next week as Pearl Jam, Foo Fighters, the Flaming Lips and Incubus pay tribute to The Who. The rock 'n' roll legends will also be on hand to perform at the taping, which takes place at UCLA's Pauley Pavilion on Saturday, July 12.
