Jay-Z Taps Timbaland For New Album
In a recent interview with MTV News, Timbaland let some rather unexpected news loose: he's back in the studio with Jay-Z, working on the rapper's next record."He wants me to do the whole thing this time around," Timbaland said, "And I'm making a classic, too. Better believe me, it'll be a monster."
The producer added that they want to cut 10 tracks as massive as 2005's "Big Pimpin'," the pair's biggest hit yet. In other Timbaland news, he recently produced Chris Cornell's next solo album. And you know what? According to Tim, it's "the best work I've done so far." Interesting.
