TheSmokingGun.com has posted a series of records pegging Rick Ross to his rumored years as a prison guard. According to the site's report, the rapper's social security number matches William Roberts, a correctional officer who graduated from the Florida Department of Corrections academy and worked at the South Florida Reception Center from 1995 to 1997.

Ross is known for rapping about his years as a drug dealer and has denied similar stories in the past, including one that included a photo of him in a prison guard uniform. "My life is 100-percent real," he told AllHipHop.com. "These online hackers putting a picture of my face when I was a teenager in high school on other peoples' body … I'm in the entertainment business and a lot of people who like to hate because I'm on top of my game."
