1979 comedy to be remade
"10" Again
10, the sexually charged comedy about a man in the midst of a mid-life crisis, is being remade by Hyde Park Entertainment Group. The company secured the remake rights from the original's director, Blake Edwards, who will take on an executive producer role in the updated version. The original was released in 1979 and featured the late Dudley Moore as a songwriter grappling with the aging process. The film also starred Julie Andrews and was responsible for making a star and a sex symbol out of a cornrow-ed, hard-bodied Bo Derek. The producers are actively searching for a newcomer to play the Derek sexpot role.
