Their first in more than two decades
Byrne, Eno Ready New Record
David Byrne and Brian Eno have set an August 18 release date for Everything That Happens Will Happen Today, their proper follow-up to 1981's classic My Life in the Bush of Ghosts record. While an enhanced CD will be available sometime down the road, EverythingThatHappens.com will exclusively release the album at first, with a free download of one track happening on August 4."When we started this work, we started to think we were making something like electronic gospel," Eno explained to Billboard.com, "a music where singing was the central event, but whose sonic landscapes were not the type normally associated with that way of singing."
Byrne is touring sans Eno this fall. His set will pull selections from the duo's new disc, as well as the Talking Heads' Eno collaborations from the late '70s and early '80s.

4. Everything That Happens
