Wright is currently finishing the book on which the script will be based.Peter Berg is rumored to be considering coming onboard as director. The film is based on the scintillating story of Vietnam vet Jon Roberts, who became embroiled in the 1970s gangland takeovers of New York City nightclubs. Roberts eventually ended up in Miami, where he was trafficking in billions of dollars of cocaine for the mob. He was shipped off to prison for 10 years for his criminal activities.
